Cancellation Policy
Any appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours in advanced, deposits are transferrable for 1 appointment change. However, I do understand things happen, if communication is not made within the 24 hour mark, the deposit will be forfeited and will require a new deposit be made for a new appointment.
No shows or cancellations made at time of appointment will require a forfeit of deposit and will require a new deposit prior to a rebook being accepted.
I understand running late, however after 15 minutes, your appointment will need to be cancelled and the no show policy will be enforced.
